Tax Collector’s Office


All personal property and real estate taxes are due each year from March 1st through October 15th inclusive. If October 15th falls on a weekend or holiday observed by the United States Postal service, the taxes shall become due and payable the following business day that is not a holiday observed by the postal service.  Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (except holidays or posted closures). Personal taxes must be paid at the same time, or before, real estate taxes can be paid.  Current taxes may be paid in installments of any amount if there are no outstanding delinquent taxes.


  • Pay in person – in the basement of the Randolph County Courthouse.  Current taxes may be paid with check, cash, money order, cashiers’ check, credit card, or debit card. (Credit or debit card payments will be assessed a processing fee by the online service provider.) All delinquent personal taxes must be paid with cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
  • Pay by mail – Please include a self- addressed stamped envelope if you would like a receipt.  Please make checks or money orders payable to Norma Pickett, Collector.
  • Pay online – www.ark.org/randolphcounty with credit card or e-check; a convenience fee will be charged to your card or bank account by the online service provider, the county cannot absorb this fee so it has to be passed on to the taxpayer.  (The Collector’s office does not receive any of these fees.)
  • Pay by phone – call 1-866-257-2055 and follow the prompts.  You will need to have your statement on hand in order to key in pertinent information required.
